Update: At the end of the podcast, Mike and Lindsey discuss news that the U.S. Supreme Court was set to decide whether to hear a third major challenge to the ACA. We recorded the podcast before the hearing and wanted to give you an update. The Supreme Court did agree to the hearing on March 2. The court is expected to hear arguments and decide the case in its next term, which starts in October and ends in June 2021.
