Our brokers are critical partners to us. We don’t operate without them and they are the ones that take care of our 17,000 group clients and over 150,000 individual clients. In this video, Mike explains how his job is in part to make sure our brokers have the information they need to serve the Louisianians insured by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana.
